Hera Hotel is a good budget option for those with a layover at Saigon airport. The rooms themselves were clean, although the walls are overdue for a coat of paint as they were starting to show significant evidence of numerous suitcase collisions. Staff were helpful and I didn’t notice any significant airport noise. Beds were comfortable and water pressure good.

Location, friendliness/helpfulness of the staff We stayed at the Hera Hotel Airport for 2 nights, were able to leave luggage with the hotel free of charge for 3 nights while we were in Danang, then returned to the Hera Hotel airport for another night. This was a tremendous help logistically for our trip

We were only here for a couple hours to rest and shower before our overnight flight however the staff were so helpful with our check-in and with our bags. The room was clean and spacious. The location is great, theres plenty around the hotel and our grab took 5-10 minutes to get to the airport.

Location, very close to SGN airport. The receptionist, Phi , helped in overcoming a few problems. He went over and above to make us comfortable. Could not thank him enough. A credit to the hotel and himself. Beds hard, but comfy enough. Good pillows.Very clean hotel

Great stay. Staff were extremely friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The room was very quiet off from the main street. A good coffee shop next door to the hotel We had a pleasant stay. Also only five minutes to the Airport.
